QuickBooks Specialist/Bookkeeper

CPA firm looking to add a full-time bookkeeper . We are looking for that piece of the puzzle to join our team long term. We are growing tremendously and welcome a strong edition to an already talented staff. 

In this role, you will work very closely with clients to provide outsourced accounting services.

Required skills include:

Candidate must be highly skilled in QuickBooks, minimum 2 years of experience
Strong understanding of Bookkeeping principles 
Strong Office application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Business level customer interaction skills that will communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to gather accounting information, and various other interaction as needed.
Reliable, friendly, organized and ability to successfully multitask
AS degree or equivalent experience
Duties include:

Heavy use of QuickBooks to support clients
Scanning and saving documents to our server, as well as downloading/saving documents from google drive and other online portals.
Occasionally local travel to pick-up/drop-off client documents.
Data input, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll support (entering new employees, payroll time entry), etc... in these systems. 

Pay: $18-19/hour
