Resume Qualifying Specialist

Pay Rate: $15 /hour

Schedule: M – F (30 – 40 hours per week depending on need)

Summary:

HotFoot Recruiters is a leading staffing firm operating in Phoenix. We are currently seeking a resume qualifier to support a team of recruiters focused on identifying candidates with a unique skillset.

The Resume Qualifier will be responsible for searching major resume databases like CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Monster to identify qualified candidates and distribute resumes to the recruiting team.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster and Internal HotFoot Recruiters database to identify resumes that meet our clients detailed expectations for a qualified candidate.
  • Sometimes screen and qualify candidates before transitioning to Recruiters
  • Utilizing MS Outlook and Bullhorn applicant tracking system to set up screenings
  • Work closely with the Recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
  • Utilize social media groups and forums to engage with potential job seekers in the industry of interest
  • Frequently provide reports on weekly resume flow and production
  • Ability to work within deadlines and under very specific resume search parameters  

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of demonstrated ability work with and pick up different software application.   
  • Experience utilizing MS Outlook or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via email.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box and solve technical problems with little supervision  
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to quickly grasp HotFoot culture and convey that knowledge to potential candidates
  • Initiative to learn internal computer applications and systems without previous knowledge
  • It’ s critical that the Resume Qualifier have a self-motivated daily approach
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, and ability to follow specific guidelines.
