HotFoot Recruiters would like to announce the following opportunity available for immediate consideration.
Customer Experience Specialist
Career Type: Direct Hire / Full-time
Career Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay: 16.25/hr (performance pay increase at 60 days, 120 days and 1yr.)
- 18 Days PTO **Accrued annually, and prorated based on start date
- 401K w/ company contribution
- Profit Sharing Bonus paid out annually – target of 12% of employees’ compensation paid out annually
- Tuition reimbursement (probationary period must be fulfilled)
- Medical, Dental, Vision plans for employee and family (partially paid by company)
- On-site cafeterias, game room, private workspace, newest tech resources, among many other workplace amenities.
- Recent customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience fielding a high volume of inbound calls preferred
- Strong tenure at recent places of employment
- Technically savvy (Dual monitors, MS Office, CRM Software)
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
- Strong verbal communication
- Must have great attention to detail for order/data entry
- Criminal background check will be administered
- Drug test will be administered
- Must commute to Tempe area daily
