HotFoot Recruiters would like to announce the following opportunity available for immediate consideration. 

Position: Office Clerk
Location:  I10 & Baseline Tempe/Phoenix Border
Type:  Temp (6 - 8 weeks, with potential to go permanent)
Pay: $16/hour

Summary:

The office clerk will be required to perform a variety of clerical tasks, including answering telephones, getting mail, ordering supplies, and perfoming light human resources duties.

Requirements:
  • Answering all incoming calls 
  • Getting mail
  • Ordering office supplies 
  • Light admin and human resources duties 

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Skills)
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Great phone skills and ability to handle a busy phone line
  • Supply order and office management experience would be very helpful

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Work is typical office environment
  • Candidate must be capable of regular office hours at a desk, in an office, in front of a computer, and on the telephone
